What you'll love and hate

Friendly staff. The variety of activities kept us entertained throughout.

The restaurant service was inconsistent. Some food options felt outdated and the ice cream selection was disappointing.

the setting was picturesque for snorkeling. it took only 10 minutes to walk to king street shops bus stop.

Wonderful family-friendly hotel with exceptional facilities and a special atmosphere. The genuinely friendly staff all round. Stunning location a super close walk to Karst Gallery. Very nice restaurant, for breakfast and sometimes lunch or dinner...

great staff,, but lacking room amenities

The staff provided really good service, always great. Communication ahead of our stay was excellent, keeping us informed each step of the way. The garden view from our room was beautiful.

Comfortable atmosphere, Friendly staff. Nice view restaurant. Easy access to pool & beach from room on grand floor. My hubby and I could relax there, and we want to stay again.

Dinner buffet was expensive and not nice.

The staff was genuinely friendly and mostly very friendly and we could use wake up service and ironing free of charge. The room was new-fashioned and air conditioned with a double bed and garden view, as for instance, had the best night sleep...

The staff were not very friendly, didn't expect that coming.

Loved the fantastic pool area and the exciting evening entertainment that kept our kids entertained all night long. The adventures like kayaking and cultural programs were highlights!

ease of organising taxi trips into suva city.

food pricing.. overpriced compared to everywhere else we stayed. we purchased the food package. there is hardly anywhere to eat outside of naviti without having to travel far

The location of the property was marvellous, to the church on Sunday. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the rooms were perfectly clean and new-fashioned.

The staff was very unhelpful.

wonderful strolls and amazing beach views just steps away

I loved relaxing along the beach front with my partner, enjoying the fine views and wonderful service at the restaurants while we soaked in the calming atmosphere. Being so close to beautiful parks and attractions made our city strolls good and easy to plan for the weekends.

The staff are good, facilities are ok. Resort just got a fire accident on October last year, thus we got 200 fjd discount.

There has so many black beetle in room and can find every night, which means the sanitary environment is quite awful. And bathroom only has hot water in earlier night, which really cannot say as a comfortable resort

I liked to Fiji theme and the staff

The beachfront views were amazing 🌊 The location. The all-inclusive dining options were a bit limited and could use some variety.

good fun fishing off the beach and resort islands perfect for our son..lots of activities friendly staff

trade winds during July holidays meant ocean quite choppy...not best conditions for snorkeling or boat fishing unsettled weather
